I was whopping #92 at 8:25am this morning... Bad turnout in Austintown at my site.

I voted absentee.  ;D

Well at least Issue 3 as passed.  This sends a big signal to the Supremes that Americans reject the individual mandate.

79,925 actually voted
182,248 regestered voters
102,323 didn't vote

All seven wards went Democratic in Youngstown.

Issue 1 Yes 22,124

Issue 2 Yes 22,365

Issue 3 Yes 43,817
            No  33,446
