How many committees exist in Youngstown City Council?
Can you name the committees?
I don't pay much attention to city council because I get too annoyed with politics around here. I do what I can to change things when I vote.
Your question did make me curious. It would be interesting to know the function of the some of the committees- i.e education, do they work with the Board of Education?

To Joly1584 - I am sorry to hear your dismay of politics around here - I know you can do MORE than just change things when you vote by becoming involved in your local Block Watch or the Coalition of citizens on your side of Youngstown. PLEAES join in with your neighbors who feel the exact same way and make CHANGE HAPPEN!! ! ! ! 8)
I attended two city council meetings over the last few months. I have noticed that several citizens from the block watches have been seated in the viewing area.
