Title: Bike Racks For Central Square

A work crew and the artist were on Central Square today to install the latest bike racks for downtown Youngstown.  In this photo, a hole saw was being used to cut through about ten inches of cement.

These are some of the sculpted metal bike racks awaiting installation.
