South Belle Vista from Overlook to McCollum has been closed for the installation of a new water line.  Work on this section of the project will continue into next week.

I wonder if the $991,238.00 included the cost of the sign.

The project has finally reached Mahoning Avenue.  Traffic was a mess today at the corner of Mahoning and Belle Vista.
