For Youngstown Residents

Are you for or against the charter change on the November ballot?

As a "Resident Emeritus" living out of state, I'd be interested to see what the proposed
changes are to the charter.

There is only one charter change on the ballot in November.

I just can't remember a charter review commission being seated.
Why would only one charter change be offered?

I could think of several changes that need to be made ASAP.

The charter change deals with points awarded on civil service tests.

With all of the problems facing our city, is this the only charter change that council and the administration thought was needed?
