Title: Public Punishment
Post by: jay on September 26, 2011, 06:11:31 AM
It has been suggested that we have some form of public punishment in Youngstown.

Would public punishment deter some forms of crime?

What would be an appropriate form of public punishment?

I LOVE IT JAY ! ! !  What do you think Judges especially Delic (sp?) would have to say?  It would probably BACK FIRE and we would have people just committing crime to be punished publicly - the ACLU would have a huge field day    and the crime would escalate.  ::)
