The first thing they should do is allow all Food Court eateries to sell coffee.

Smart move Chuck - the city can take care of the building just fine and it's going to save
well over $100,000 a year in the long run.

I understand the logic behind the move, but let's get face the facts, DeVicchio is the reason that building is succeeding, not anybody else.
