Title: City Council Summer Recess

Is there a good reason why city council takes a summer recess?  With a new mayor, new councilmen, and the condition of the city, council should be hard at work addressing the city's problems.

The last regular city council meeting was Wednesday, June 15.

The next scheduled city council meeting is Wednesday, September 21.

Are there any "irregular" meetings in between those dates?
