Title: Brownlee Woods Police Chase On Sunday Evening

While I listened to the scanner Sunday evening, a police chase was taking place in the Brownlee Woods area of the south side.  The police blocked off the area as they pursued two men who were on foot.   Both men were reported to have guns.  This chase took place on the streets between Meadowbrook and Weston.   The YPD dogs were eventually called in to help.

I never heard the outcome of the chase.  Did the YPD catch the two men?

The seventh ward councilman lives in that area. 

According to the newspaper report. YPD officers on patrol came upon the suspect's vehicle and actually heard the gun shot inside a nearby house.
