Title: Attention First Ward Councilmember

This situation exists on lower Mahoning Avenue about a block west of the CSX Bridge.  Citizens traveling along the sidewalk are forced to walk onto the busy Mahoning Avenue to avoid this obstruction.

This is across the street from the WRTA offices on Mahoning Avenue.

Maybe another Mahoning Avenue cleanup is warranted?

Two employees of the Youngstown Parks Department were working to remove the sidewalk obstruction this morning.
