Did the shooting take place in the sixth ward or seventh ward?

Less than 5 minutes into the 11:00 news they gave the headline for the shooting as breaking news and said a camera crew was on the way and by about 11:25 they gave more details and the video that can be viewed in the link.

The shooting took place on East Florida just off South Avenue.

Strangely in checking both WFMJ and The Vindicator, there is no mention of the shooting, and WKBN hasn't as yet updated their original story as of 10:25 AM this morning.

Scary thing about that news article is that they found shell casings from a freaking AK47 assault rifle!!!!
