A possible Youngstown Charter Review Commission Topic

Should the term for Youngstown councilmen be two years or four years and why?

I tend to agree with you.  I remember when the residents of the seventh ward elected a mostly ineffective councilman and were stuck with him for four years.  I'm for two year terms or a much easier recall option.

I say give them the maximum sentence under law, oh, wait, I'm getting ahead of myself here.
