Title: Building For Sale, Mahoning Commons

The Calvin Center, located on the corner of Mahoning  Avenue and West Avenue, is for sale.  It has an attractive front and appears to be a very old building.  Most people are not aware that the building has a gymnasium, stage, and kitchen.

that is the all purpose building for the Hungarian church next door. My grandma is a member at teh church and was telling us (my family) that they have been looking to sell it for a while now. I hope someone buys it and puts it to good use.

They're only asking $250K for it.  Not bad considering it's in good condition and it's HUGE.

I think 250K IS the heating bill.
