Title: Work Started On The Erie Building

Work has started on the Erie Building which is located on West Commerce Street in downtown Youngstown.  The fire escape on the west side of the building has been removed.  A debris removal tube has also been installed.

This is great news.... it will bring more people into the downtown area.  The
building is going to be apartments, right?
