The Fourth Ward in Youngstown contains a little over 18% of the city's population.
The Sixth Ward contains slightly over 10% of the population.
The ward boundries must be redrawn so that each ward contains roughly the same number of residents. I hope the Charter Review Commission get it right!
The fourth and fifth wards account for 33% of the city's population.
If the city retains seven wards, three of them may be on the west side of Youngstown.
here is the pecking order for wards position 4th, 7th, 5th, 3rd, 6th, 2nd and 1st. it can change the pecking order if there is a killing in one of these wards.
