Tuesday night it has become official on Reuters and AP, Chesapeake Energy's president announced that the foretold "Big Liquid Play" in their annual report is it's leases in "extreme W PA and E Ohio." Further, that the $1.5 billion paid to Ohio landowners for leases, is now valued at $23 billion. Also disclosed , Chesapeake is seeking another big partner to enter with them into the production play of our Utica oil shale, rumor is that it maybe BP. Last night, Chief Oil out of Texas sold their holding in the Marcellus shale to Chevron, they also may make a move into E Ohio.
Well, the landowners, mostly farmers of E Ohio are now wealthy and will protect their assets. My concern is with the entitled in Youngstown and other urban centers, enlarging the welfare state. In order to thwart this potential, we must funnel the able bodied into energy infrastructure jobs and agriculture. The subsidized must not be allowed to create a large welfare state and I predict that the community organizers and the Green party will continue to organize to gain power in order to enlarge the welfare state.
As of today, the big NOMAC drills are in Lake Milton, Enon Valley and Columbiana. The energy company has encircled Youngstown, Drill here , drill now!
JUST SAY NO TO FRACKING>>>>>>>>>>
DO NOT ALLOW THE SHADY, SHRIMPY LAND MAN TO BUY YOUR LAND FOR MINERAL RIGHTS>>>>>>>
WHEN THE WELLS POSION YOUR LAND AND WATER.....>THE LAND MAN WILL SAY SORRY...>>SMILE>>>>>LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

what will you say if there is an oil spill in the lake milton area?
Can't speak for anyone else but I would be one of the cleanup volunteers if they needed any....
Until science finds something better, we need to use what we have.....
You can't clean up dead area once there is a fracking spill, Sarge.....
Get a clue......
Really? It's dead space forever and ever? no matter what? Even Nuclear spills are cleaned up if only with time.....
The dead space is worthless to the family that lives there........
dead land, dead water, dead farm........
You going to fully compensate each family that has their lives, land, and homes destroyed?
ante up, you neo-con rich oil and gas supporter.......

You riding that Bicycle and driving that sun powered car yet? My bet is that you actually use more gas, natural gas, and oil than I do. You see some of us have done what things we could to conserve energy. Others just talk about everyone else doing it.

Answer the question, Sarge....you and the oil and gas fracking companies that rape the environment going to fully compensate
families when their land and water is worthless?
I figured you wouldn't answer.......
change the subject like a chicken neo-con would.......what a chicken.....
YES, I do ride the bike....do you, Sarge? Or can't your old bones pedal anymore??????
I'm sure that if a company makes an error and destroys or damages a persons property that they will compensate for the damage. And I'm also sure that they won't have to be bullied like the present administration did with BP. After they had already agreed to handle the claims.
Me? no I'm not a rich man and I don't have any stock in any energy company, So no I'm not paying anything to anyone. Unless of course somehow I damage their property. And then chances are my insurance would cover it....
And no I don't ride a bike, but I do walk a lot around the village. I don't drive unless I have to and I do my best to combine trips and plan the shortest routes. Last time I put Gasoline in my vehicle was April 2nd.
I've had the new light bulbs in my house for the past 2 years.
I've replaced almost all the windows with new double hung low E windows.
I've added insulation.
We replaced the old doors.
I'm doing my share. But not because I'm worried about the environment. It saves me a money..... Am I evil or what?
So again, until science comes up with something better, we use what we have.
Sarge,...your statement..."I'm not paying anything to anyone" says it all about you...you cheap, reckless neo-con...
you support evil processes like fracking but you and your fracking friends won't fully compensate homeowners when their
lands are destroyed by fracking.......
And gas and oil fracking companies DO NOT FULLY COMPENSATE FAMILIES FOR DESTROYED LANDS,FARMS, AND LIVES>>>>>>>>
I suggest you watch the movie Gasland or Spilt Estate to see how well your fracking comapnies compensate families destroyed, even killed by fracking.......
Spisak, quit verbally abusing Sarge the hero, you are a sad case of humanity. Man, you really need some help, You cannot debate without calling people here names, you are a disgrace, really.

Tell me why I would be expected to pay for a private companies error? In the highly unlikely event that there is one.
And knowing you I think I'll skip your propaganda movies thank you.
Cheap and reckless? Really? You don't know me at all Dennis. And that's a good thing for me. Too bad for you.
Go have some more green dreams Dennis. In 100 years we might actually not need Oil or natural gas. But for now, without it we go back to the bronze age. And then you'll probably complain about the smoke from all the cooking fires.....
Shrimp......mind your own buisness......you shady, stinky landman for the gas fracking oil companies......
when people see you coming to their door, they ought to run the other way.....
Sarge....I figured as well you would skip any informational movies.....you like to remain in the dark about all
issues and then shout out stupid neo-con right wing views......
Shrimp, Shrimp, again quit broadcasting lies about me or you will get what is coming to you!
What is dementia, anyone? Spisak's entire argument(no, it is not Spisak's , it is the Green communist party propaganda) about frack water is moot now, the oil and gas industry now reuses all the frack water from one drill to the next.
more lies from the shrimp.....
Bottom line, landowners are cognizant of this new found energy and are very defensive about their land, unlike the entitled, we love our land having worked it with our fingers. All this gum flapping is bull, one only has to visit vacant land in the City and see the disrespect of illegal dumping by the entitled and wanna-be scam contractors thinking they are entitled too.
whatever, Shrimp....time to take your meds......you're mumbling again.....
 Recently, these massive tanks have been witnessed passing thru 616 (Struthers) then thru Boardman. We believe they are OIL storage tanks heading to the wells in Lake Milton area. Funny how they pass right in front of Green-Party-losing-Governor Spisak's Daddy's house.
Shrimp....again, knock off the lies regarding my residence.....
my father has been dead 15 year's....it's my property!!!!
Again, your beliefs are wrong........you silly little shrimp
i do not want to be in either area when a possible accident will happen and it will happen.
Unbelievable how in only a few months things are coming to pass and more. Long live free enterprise!
Hey there T. Boone Eiselstein! We're going to set up an "Occupy Spisak" encampment in front of Dennis' place and play Limbaugh reruns until he either converts or goes mad! :)
This is a great time for Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. With all these outfits looking for people skilled in the trades, I could probably name my price for any of these companies now scrambling for qualified people.
Rick, Very true indeed. Who ever thought the steel mills would rise again? And yes, they would hire you in a second, the complaint today from the industry is no one wants to work here in YTown, imagine that.
BTW, you need to call me up, next door to your museum a development is going in within three months, paperwork is being processed right now.
