Title: Renner Family and the State Theatre

While doing some research on downtown theaters I found this article about the State Theatre. It seems that members of the Renner family were involved in the building of the State Theatre back in 1927. Considering that a Renner was also involved in other downtown theaters this makes perfect sense.

Here is the article announcing the awarding of the contracts for the State's construction but it doesn't mention the owners.
