Be careful doing that.

You never know when trapping Japanese beetles will become an offensive racist problem because you're not being inclusive enough of their culture. Not much different than calling covids the chinese virus because that's where it started.

I saw my first Japanese Beetle of the 2022 season yesterday.  I'll be putting out my beetle traps today.
