This week I was able to watch the approaching cars on South Schenley near Volney Rogers School.

I watched the speed indicator.  It was detecting cars from quite a distance.  Most cars were going 35 mph but soon slowed to 20 mph as they entered the school zone.

This new system seems to be working.
