What was going on in my neighborhood at 6:35 a.m. on Sunday?
Answer
With flashlight in hand, a United States Post Office postal worker was delivering a package to my neighbor's house.

There are some neighborhoods is Youngstown were this wouldn't be safe to do in the dark.
