Tree Planting (?)

The community plan in Brownlee Woods a few years ago called for large amounts of trees to be planted on the devil strips, although there was no plan to increase the ability of the city to maintain these trees.

I noticed that someone in the 2400 block of South Schenley recently planted two trees on the devil strip.

I hope the trees don't grow too high.  The trees appear to have been planted under the utility lines.
