Title: Anything Happening at the Former Drugstore on Fifth Avenue?

I passed the former drug store just south of Stambaugh Auditorium. The store has been closed for several years. Today a box truck and four cars were in the parking lot.
Does anyone know what, if anything, is happening in the former drugstore?
