Yes. The resturant is now closed after 3pm on M-F. They open for dinner at 5pm Friday and Saturday nights. Closed Sundays. I think these times are accurate, however, the official hours are posted on the door (piece of paper taped to) if you want to be certain.

While driving to a downtown event this evening, I noticed that the Cedars Cafe was totally dark inside. 

Did the restaurant change its hours of operation?
