COMING
SOON

TO UNION SQUARE PLAZA

SAVE-A-LOT WILL BE MOVING INTO THE FORMER SPARKLE MARKET SOME TIME IN JULY.

THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR THE FOLKS ON THE NORTH SIDE.

Horizon Management is also overseeing construction at a former Sparkle Supermarket on the corner of Belmont Avenue and Gypsy Lane in Youngstown. In July, Save-A-Lot plans to open its doors.

"They'll have fresh produce, and fresh meats and all the healthy kinds of foods people have been talking about nutritionally that inner city and smaller communities don't often get," said Cafaro Co. Spokesman Joe Bell.

It will be the only full-service grocery store in the area since Sparkle closed last year.

Horizon Management, owned by Elaine Kawecki, John Kawecki and Henry Nemenz Jr., will own and operate the store.

"They're kind of proud of the fact that they're brining these stores in without any kind of incentives from local government. No financial incentives," Bell said.
