WKBN reported the shooting as being on the northside at Belmont & Arlington.  When you include the parking, Belmont is the western edge of YSU. Why wasn't it reported as being close to YSU or close to St. E's?

A woman was shot on Arlington Street overnight.  WFMJ TV reported that the shooting was downtown.   

With the large definition, the shooting was in downtown Youngstown.

With the central business district definition of downtown, the shooting was on the north side.

News coverage is something to consider when defining the boundaries of downtown Youngstown.
