Jay: Here is the answer to your question about a bank at the Erie Terminal:

1923-24 directory – 102 N. Phelps (which intersects at W. Commerce) has Terminal N Bank listed

1926 directory – 102 N. Phelps has Morris Plan Bank listed (this Morris Plan Bank was listed in the 1923-24 directory at 19 N. Phelps, so it seems they moved locations

1929-31 directory - 102 N. Phelps has Morris Plan Bank listed

1933-36 directory – 102 N. Phelps has Morris Plan Bank of Youngstown listed

Jay, you once asked about a bank in the Erie Terminal. There was indeed a bank there in the 1920's. A photo of the Hotel Salow fire in the 1/8/1923 Vindicator shows the bank in the background on page 10 of the paper.
