Very old park

Back in the 1890's a group of business men started a small amusement park on the north bank of the Mahoning River just below where Mill Creek flows into the Mahoning River, does anyone out there have any info on this park. It would have been below Lake Glacier and on land that was later part of Carnegie Steel. The riverboat City of Youngstown use to take passangers to this park. I have a picture of the boat and a story about the park, but it gives no real detail other than the fact that Homer Baldwin was one of the owners.
