Keep City Requirement period.
Sure he wants smaller regionalized economies, but we need our own city workers to spend money in our own city.

Jay Williams is a proponent of regionalization.   If the city fire department is regionalized, for example, would the current Youngstown firemen still be required to live within the city of Youngstown?
