Several hundred residents came to downtown Youngstown today to help clean the sidewalks and to plant flowers in pots and beds.

I noticed only two city councilmen at StreetScape.  They were Councilman John R. Swierz (7th ward) and Councilwoman Anne Gillam (1st Ward).

If any other councilmen attended, please post the information.
