Repower, Refuel, and Rebuild America

After eight years of the Bush Administration's support for Big Oil, we finally have the opportunity to make a major shift to clean energy. But the oil and coal companies aren't going to roll over that easily.
We need to make sure the Obama Administration can move in this new direction right away. Now is the time to put Americans to work in building a clean energy economy.
This wake-up call is for  President-elect Obama to support four goals:
·   Move to 100% clean electricity;
·   Cut our dependence on oil in half;
·   Create 5 million new clean energy jobs; and
·   Cut global warming pollution by at least 80%.
America has a fresh start. This is our chance to turn things around. But we can't miss it!
Nearly a dozen environmental groups to send a strong message to the new Administration that we can't wait any longer to solve our energy crisis.
