Gillam's Wife on YTG Council? NO WAY!!!

Artis Gillam is telling folks that he wants his wife [Anne] to replace him as 1 Ward City Council...Can the city stand for another Goof Ball out of the Gillam's home to work at city hall?

Maybe Gillam wants his Cracked Out son to be the new Water Commissioner or maybe his Gay son could be the new Director of Arts and Lively Colors!

Annie Gillam who's real name is Louise had to use her middle name Annie because it begins with an "A"...like Artis...Is this guy some kind of Napoleon like control freak?  He even named all of his kids names that begin with the letter "A"...Go figure!!

If Artis is so uneducated maybe Annie has a PhD...You think so?

The Gillams' need to take whatever money they've made off of the city of  Youngstown and ride back to the eastside...never to return!
