Title: Instant runoff voting

Check this site to find more information about the concept of instant runnoff voting.

San Francisco and Vermont now use this system. IRV insures that the winner of a political race must be voted in by the majority (>50%) of the voters.

Example:
If this system had been used in the state of Florida, Al Gore would have been elected president of the United States.

Hagan Will divide the city like he has divided his district he runs. His legislation has not helped me one ounce.
