Tune in at 107.7 FM to hear News, Music and Information for the 1st Ward Citizens of Youngstown.  You can listen to this FCC Part 15 FM Radio Broadcast in the 200 Block of Breaden Street on Youngstown's South Side.

Confused here.
You need to be located in the 200 block of Breaden to receive this station?

I can't seem to find this radio station.
What are the hours of operation?

Has anyone been able to receive this station on the radio?  I tried yesterday but was unsuccessful.

no luck here either.
I think  you might need to be on breaden to receive it
