B E L L A M Y supports Jay Williams' goal for the 2010 Plan
Frank Bellamy the Independent Candidate for 1st Ward City Council is expressing support for the Mayor's goal of realizing the good ideals of the 2010 revitalization plan. Bellamy cautions that the 2010 Plan is only a plan and if not properly marketed and sold to business leaders it will remain just a plan.
When elected, Bellamy vows to concentrate at least 50% of his council duties on marketing the downtown and other business development sites as an attractive business destination for entrepreneurs who can employ city residence.
