Title: Party Candidate, Independent Candidate

FYI

A person who runs as a party's candidate in the primary election can not run as an independent candidate in the general election of the same year.

More's the shame ... Tito is well qualified to be our next Mayor. So maybe next year he will seek his old Council seat or whenever it becomes open again. As for the plethora of independents running, we all know in our harts of harts that they don't stand much of a chance of winning, and all they will accomplish is watering down each others votes. I harken back to the year in the 1920's when there were no fewer than twelve candidates in the Primaries, and four in the General Election.

tito brown lacks leadership creditabilty to become the mayor of ytown. he was president of the mycap board when the mycap director was abusing his position by using funds to fix his home under the hospice for an insulation training program for installers. i would not vote for him as mah cty dogcatcher.
