The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC) provides emergency home repairs at no cost to eligible low-income Mahoning County homeowners. Repairs includes replacement of actively leaking roofs, furnace repair and replacement, hot water tank replacement, and plumbing repairs. This program is available throughout Mahoning County.
