WFMJ had the story on TV.  The suspects were caught in front of the Covelli Centre.  The victim was shot in both hands.  Shooting happened in the parking lot @ Phelps & Boardman.

It's also the corner where WFMJ studios are located.

At what time did this happen? I checked WKBN; WFMJ; and Vindicator websites and they had nothing about it. By the way, it's also near the Police Headquarters which makes it even more alarming. No wonder people are terrified to come downtown, I can't blame them.

TV news this morning is reporting a shooting at Boardman and Phelps Streets in downtown Youngstown.  That's the corner where city hall is located.
