The McGuffey School is closed today, Monday, September 10, because the roof is leaking.

For the last week or so, contractors have been installing a new roof on the McGuffey School located on South Schenely Avenue.

Question

The McGuffey School building is only about ten years old.  Why is a new roof now needed on that building?
