? Traffic Congestion on Mahoning Avenue This Afternoon

Thursday, March 30, 5:30 p.m. or so

I drove on Mahoning Avenue heading east this afternoon.  Numerous cars were parked along both sides of Mahoning Avenue and up and down West Heights.  This is the area across from West Side Bowl.  Dozens of people were partially in the street and on the sidewalk.

What was happening?

Apparently someone set up a stage area and were holding a concert on a lot on the north side of Mahoning.
