Mahoning Avenue DMV

[Why?Town]

I do my best to go ANYWHERE other than West Side DMV.

Not that I'm against anything in the city (besides government which is everywhere else too), They are just so likely to come up with any reason to do something other than what you're there to pay them to do I do my best to go somewhere else.

The Mahoning Avenue DMV has reopened.  A line of customers extended outside all the way to the street.
