The YSU homecoming parade on Saturday, October 25, marked the arrival in Youngstown, Ohio, of a flock of fiberglass penguins.  The 30 penguins will be part of a public art project to boost community spirit and promote the arts.  Each penguin stands over five feet tall and will be painted by an area artist.
