Youngstown deconstruction now can make a profit if leadership leads.  Environmentalist if true can now point to deconstructing sequestered rare American Chestnut as the missing value and alternative to demolition.
Many if not most of the demolition homes may have American Chestnut wood in their structure.  American Chestnut is the most valuable wood in the country today.
In a few days my company will be deconstructing a garage on the Northside built entirely of American Chestnut.  The reclaimation market for Chestnut is $3-$6 a linear foot.
