This is what I learned.

The downtown Youngstown PNC will be a cashless only branch.

It will have an ATM and Video teller.

I was in the PNC on Meridian Road the other day.  I told them I would have to start going to the downtown location.   They did not say anything about the downtown location closing.

PNC downtown closed last week and one of the branches they suggested you go to was Meridian.

Reminder

This PNC Bank branch closes on Friday, April 21.
