A West Side Librarian stated the closure was due to a plumbing issue.

I drove past the West Side Library this afternoon.  There was only one vehicle in the parking lot.  The lot usually has a minimum of ten cars on most days.  I pulled into the lot and walked up to the door to determine if it was closed for an unknown holiday.  A sign on the door read "Closed For An Emergency".

What was the emergency?
