Neighborhood "Watch"

My newspaper is delivered very early in the morning.  Sometimes around 5:00 a.m., I"ll open the front door to see if the newspapers is on the porch.

A woman across the street is often sitting on her front porch this early.  Maybe she is waiting for the paper or maybe she just likes to sit on the porch while the outdoor temperature is cool.  In any event, she sees everything going on in the neighborhood while most people are still sleeping.
