Dirty Mess On Bears Den Road

The building is a new Dollar General.  The store is currently being stocked with merchandise.

I've heard the building is some type of dollar store.  When I passed this location today, the sides of the building were being installed.  There is now an asphalt parking lot.

What's being built at this location?

The steelwork has gone up recently.  It could be a store or small plaza.   Does anyone know?

There is some type of land clearing taking place on the south side of Bears Den Road just west of the Marathon Gas Terminal.  Dirt is being loaded onto dump trucks and hauled away.  The problem is the trucks have tracked mud all over Bears Den Road in both directions.  The muddy tracks even extend onto Industrial Road.
