Ribs And Chicken Eatery (New) On Mahoning Avenue

This business has moved further to the east on Mahoning Avenue.  It is now located on the parking lot next to the former Double Deuce Bar.

This food trailer is in front of a small building that I suspect is used for storage.

The menu sheet I picked up there did not list hours of operation.

The business name listed on the sheet sort of looked like this.

            T  KITCHEN

[Why?Town]

Is this the actual name or is it maybe missing the word "of"?

If that's the actual name, it sounds like it may be kinda dirty and may need to be freshened up.

If the word "of" is actually supposed to be in the middle of the name, then I'd be wondering, "How FRIGGIN" big is that kitchen, to put a trailer in?

More seriously, I'm now thinking of going there to get some various Ribs and/or Chicken, a side or two, a beverage and the answers to my questions.

I imagine they are open slightly before lunch I wonder what time they close. I'd hate to get there after they closed for the day.
