Youngstown City School Credit Union Merges With 717

An article appeared in the Saturday, December second newspaper stating the Youngstown City School Credit Union is going to merge with the 717 Credit Union.  The school's existing office in Youngstown will close.

As far as I can determine, the 717 Credit Union system does not have a credit union office in the City of Youngstown.  This is just another example of jobs and services leaving the city.
