Post by: jay on August 26, 2016, 03:16:11 PM
The Trumbull County Transit Board (TCTB) is updating their Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan For Trumbull County.  The TCTB is asking members of the public and stakeholders to participate in online surveys to improve Human Service Transportation and Public Transit for Individuals with Disabilities, Older Adults, and other population groups. Surveys should be completed by Friday, September 9, 2016.  There are five different surveys for public input, please fill out all that apply.

Rider Survey -  this survey is ONLY for current or past riders of Trumbull County Transit.

Public Survey - this survey is for anyone in the general public who is NOT a current rider of Trumbull County Transit.

Provider Survey -  this survey is for both for- and non-profit organizations which DIRECTLY provide transportation to their clients/customers (i.e., you have vehicles which you use to transport passengers to where they need to go)

Human Service Agency Survey -  this survey is for agencies which purchase transportation from other area providers, OR who have consumers with unmet transportation needs.

Employer Survey - this survey is for area employers.  An organization which completes a Provider or Human Service Agency survey may also complete an Employer survey, as the Employer survey deals more with employee transportation issues and the Provider/Human Service Agency surveys deal with the needs of the general public and/or agency clients/customers.
