Not a day goes by that I do not see city workers driving mowers up and down Elm Street, and TOTALLY ignore areas that they are suppose to mow, with the net result that you could lose a Semi in the weeds. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS. What good is planting flowers downtown while our neighborhoods become weeded jungles? There's no excuse! Where's the North Side Coalition when they are needed?
